Only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far they can go.
Millions of years ago, the Indigenous people of our land spoke of it as sacred earth; a raw, tribal land that held many secrets, if only we were willing to listen. The Ramshead Ranges is one of those places, relatively untouched most of the year, it is the perfect place to explore. Amongst the chaos lies snow-capped rocky ridges, frozen lakes and rivers and the twisted forms of ancient snow gums that have weathered the extremes of this stunning landscape. We will trek to historic homesteads including Seamans Hut and spend one night camping (optional) in sub-zero temperatures in the mountains.
